Our client requires a BW consultant with a minimum of 3 years experience in SAP with 3-5 full cycle implementations.

Experience Required:

* Experience in SAP/BW
* At least 1 full lifecycle implementation preferred, but not essential
* Sound technical competency in BW (preferably up to BI 7.0)
* Exposure to SEM-BPS (preferably BW 3.5 or BI 7.0) and/or SEM-Balanced Scorecard & Management Cockpit (preferably up to SEM 6.0) is desirable
* Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts

SAP CRM TECHNICAL LEAD:
For the technical lead, the following criteria should be part of the (ideal) profile
- 3+ years of hands on experience with CRM Middleware, including configuration and enhancements
- 5+ years of ABAP /ABAP OO
- 5+ years of SAP CRM implementation experience as a technical consulting covering different modules, including eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Interaction Center, CRM Mobile Client, covering the releases CRM 4.0 - CRM 7.0
- Hands-on implementation experience with PCUI and CRM Web UI
- Good working knowledge of BW
- Good working knowledge of J2EE development, ideally using Netweaver Development Infrastructure
- Good knowledge of SAP Basis/Netweaver components (XI, Mobile Infrastructure, KM, Portal, ...) of advantage
- knowledge of the CRM Mobile Client of advantage
- Database knowledge (Oracle or DB2 or MS SQL or MySQL, ... of advantage)

SAP CRM SERVICE CONSULTANT:
The service consultant should have following profile
- 3+ years of implementation experience in SAP CRM including case management, service order, service contract, installed base, complaints, in house repair, warranty additional years and experience in resource planning are of advantage
- Interaction centre experience, ideally including CTI, preferably more than one implementation cycle
- working knowledge of CRM Middleware
- experience with the new CRM UI and with the service functionalities of the web channel
- public sector or utilities experience
- Business Communication Management of Advantage

SAP CRM SALES CONSULTANT:
The sales (and marketing) consultant should have the following profile:
- 3+ years of implementation experience in SAP CRM including pricing, conditions, contracts, quotation and order management, sales performance management, sales planning and forecasting, territory management, accounts and contact management, opportunity management
- segmenation and list management, campaign management
- real time offer management of advantage
- web channel experience
- exposure to the new CRM UI
- working knowledge of CRM Middleware of advantage
- ideally retail, wholesale, cpg experience
