Andrew Naughton
Andrew has been a senior SAP manager for ten years. Initially in an end-user environment then, working for a successful SAP implementation partner consultancy, he managed implementations and programmes in large as well as SME companies, with responsibility for project resourcing across the UK operation.
In this time Andrew learnt what a difference the right resource in the right place can make to any project or company. This has become his passion. "The anticipation of ‘making a difference’ is what gets me out of bed in the morning!”
Stephen Whitehurst
Stephen has spent the past eight years in senior-level search, having initially worked in consultancy for the Big 4 in London. Stephen spent a number of years living in Japan and has extensive experience working with clients and candidates all over the world.
In addition to his recruitment expertise; Stephen is a graduate in HR Management from a leading UK business school and is a qualified psychometric assessor. Stephen lives in Brighton with his wife and two children.
